What should be included in the OB pkg?

1) Should the dates from all the visit be included?

2) Should I include the circumsion procedure be included?

I would appreciate any help you can give me, as you can tell I'm very new to this.

First thing you need to do is figure out if you are coding for mom or baby. So the circumcision would not be reported on the moms claim etc.

The OB package is billed on the mom's record. I don't think you need to include all dates on the claim form but they should be available in case of an audit request.
